Customization improvements

The following improvements have been made to the Meridian Enterprise customization (VBScript) features:

The Task Server in Meridian Enterprise 2012 SP1 would create tasks in the Pickup folder but not process them. After restarting the server, the existing tasks would be processed but new tasks would not be processed.
